assignment_ind 1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required to consent to data processing in your country of residence).

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the App if we discover that these requirements are not met.

key 2. License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and fully revocable license to download, install, and play a single copy of the App on a compatible mobile device for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Except for the express licenses granted herein, no other right, title, or interest is transferred to you, and we reserve all rights not explicitly granted.

lock 3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials contained within the App, including but not limited to level designs, mechanical puzzles, physics engines, computer code, graphics, audio, animations, trademarks, logos, visual style, and layout are the exclusive intellectual property of YAFA GARAGE DOOR LLC or its licensors.

These works are protected by national copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the App or any of its constituent parts without our prior, explicit written authorization.

block 4. User Conduct & Restrictions

When using the App, you agree to engage in fair, lawful play. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, hack, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Create, distribute, or utilize cheat programs, bots, hacks, scripts, modded files, or other software designed to modify or gain an unfair advantage in the App.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviors to bypass game mechanics or obtain free content/advantages.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the operation of the App or the network servers of our third-party service providers.
• Use any automated scraping tool, crawler, or indexer to collect data or map elements from the App or our website.
• Utilize the App for commercial services, advertising, or illegal activities.

campaign 5. Advertisements & Third-Party Content

Gear Snap Puzzle is an ad-supported application. Third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) may serve banner, interstitial, or rewarded video advertisements within the game.

These advertisements are controlled, designed, and hosted by third parties. We do not endorse or make any representations or warranties regarding the content, safety, accuracy, or usefulness of these ads.

Any interactions or business dealings you have with advertisers found inside the App are solely between you and the advertiser. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from such interactions.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAFA GARAGE DOOR LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and course of dealing.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that the operation of the App will be continuous, secure, uninterrupted, or free of software bugs, malware, errors, or glitches, or that any bugs or errors will be corrected immediately. Your download and use of the App are at your own absolute risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall YAFA GARAGE DOOR LLC, its officers, employees, partners, or licensors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, device damage, system failure, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or play the App.
• Any software crash, bug, exploit, or delay in transmission.
• Any third-party conduct, materials, or ads served within the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, balance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Gear Snap Puzzle (including level lists, mechanics, features, and ads) at any time without prior notice or liability.

We also reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are published, we will modify the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the App or website shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in our corporate jurisdiction.
